Job Title: Home Infusion Nurse

Evernorth Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will travel to patients' homes to administer critical infusion medications and provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering IV infusion medications to patients in their homes
  • Providing follow-up care and managing responses to ensure patient well-being
  • Documenting all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress
  • Staying connected with patients and their families to ensure seamless care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active RN license in the state where you will be working and living
  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
  • Strong skills in IV insertion
  • A valid driver's license
  • The ability to travel within a designated area and work different shifts on short notice
