Neuropsychology Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuropsychology Technician to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a key member of our outpatient Psychiatry clinic, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of patients with various neurological health conditions.

• Obtain pre-approval for insurance coverage by communicating with patient insurers and addressing any obstacles.
• Prepare testing instruments and supplies, and administer tests and procedures as directed by a clinical neuropsychologist.
• Conduct detailed behavioral observations, score neuropsychological tests, and make recommendations for treatment.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure test supplies are adequate and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of neuropsychological testing and procedures is essential.
