Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound management, and assisting with procedures.
- Triage patients and determine the priority of care based on physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Document patient care according to hospital standards and policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
