Position Overview

First Presbyterian Church is in search of a dedicated Nursery Caregiver to support our vibrant community. The successful candidate will foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere within the Church Nursery during Sunday services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise children during worship services and church events.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and policies.
  • Engage in regular communication with the Coordinator of Children & Family Ministries.
Qualifications

Ideal applicants will possess:

  • Experience working with young children.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The capability to successfully complete a background check.
Physical Requirements

Candidates should be able to:

  • Lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Work for extended periods in various positions, including standing, sitting, or interacting on the floor with children.
