Responsibilities
  • Pack frozen egg products according to customer specifications while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and packaging using a computerized system.
  • Fold and inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
  • Read scales and check case weights according to customer specifications.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds safely.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure the conveyor system runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Rotate to different positions during the shift as needed.
  • Determine if products meet proper specifications and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including GMP and HACCP guidelines.
Requirements
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds safely.
