As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our account executives, account managers, and relationship managers. Your responsibilities will include providing procurement support, entering client quotes into vendor order sites, preparing and managing orders with vendors, and executing special projects as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, and have strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement support to account executives, account managers, and relationship managers.
  • Enter formal client quotes into vendor order sites, quoting tools, and proposals.
  • Prepare and manage orders with vendors.
  • Execute special projects and general team support as needed.
