- PCB Assembly: Assemble and rework printed circuit boards (PCBs) with surface mount devices (SMDs) using industry-standard techniques.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all assembled components meet our high standards.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for new assembly procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production engineers to install, repair, and test equipment, and provide technical support as needed.
- Education: 2-year technical degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Soldering Skills: Proficient in soldering techniques and able to work with a variety of materials.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed engineering drawings and process specifications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for guidance when needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bruker offers a competitive salary range of $53,434 to $70,000, depending on experience, education, and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
