Lead a Team of EducatorsAs the Child Care Director of Primrose School of Florham Park, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to provide high-quality early childhood education and care to the families we serve. Your dedication to the success of our next generation will ensure we deliver on our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and manage a budget for the preschool and ensure financial security.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety requirements, and other relevant laws.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and provide ongoing communication about their children's progress.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff members.
  • Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness of the preschool.
Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least five years of Director experience working in a preschool setting.
  • Knowledge of current early childhood education best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
