Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for conducting MRI examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MRI examinations using various techniques and protocols
  • Operate MRI equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Provide patient education and support throughout the examination process
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of MRI examinations
Requirements
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology training program
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification upon hire
  • National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification within 1 year of hire
  • National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists certification within 1 year of hire
  • 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist, with at least 1 year of experience in an MRI department preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a CT Scan or MRI department
