Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as an Assistant Manager of Maintenance Operations, with opportunities for advancement into the Maintenance Manager position as openings become available.

Primary Duties:

  • Executing preventative maintenance assessments
  • Overseeing spare parts management
  • Carrying out hands-on repairs in electrical, plumbing, and welding areas
  • Performing safety evaluations
  • Directing equipment restoration and maintenance tasks

Training Initiative:

  • Engaging in an apprenticeship under the mentorship of the current Maintenance Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Electrical and Mechanical sectors
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environments
  • Certification in Forklift operation
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of the Plastics Industry is a plus

Work Schedule, Benefits, and Compensation:

  • Work hours from 7 AM to 5 PM
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Salary based on experience
  • Starting salary between $40,000 and $50,000 annually with potential for advancement
