**Salary**

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meat products to our members while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

**Responsibilities:**

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of various types and seasonality of different meat products
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, and wrapping)
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
