Window Tinting Specialist

Mills Auto Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Window Tinter/PPF Technician to provide high-quality services to our customers.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in window tinting and paint protection film installation, and will be responsible for installing window tinting and paint protection film on vehicles according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install window tinting and paint protection film on vehicles using standard techniques and tools.
• Use precision cutting tools to accurately cut and trim film to fit the windows and surfaces of vehicles.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in window tinting and paint protection film installation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
