  • Contribute to marketing efforts for spa services and propose ideas for monthly promotions.
  • Keep the massage room clean and organized.
  • Occasionally assist with front desk duties, including answering calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Participate in monthly inventory management of supplies and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Utilize business software effectively in relation to job functions.
  • Exhibit flexibility in work hours and scheduling to accommodate client needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year institution is preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited Massage Therapy program is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa environment is preferred.
  • CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Compliance with state certification and licensure requirements is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for positive member interactions.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is required.
