The Bartender is responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of mixology, wine, and food pairings, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service.

• Provide a lively and engaging atmosphere while executing service excellence.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Uphold uniform and hygiene standards consistently.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Utilize a computerized Point of Sale System for order processing.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with team members and guests.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Deliver fine dining service techniques and wine service.
• Handle check presentations and secure payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Assist in pre-busing and preparation for dishwashing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with exposure to noise and smoke.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Successful completion of Bartender Written and Practical Tests.
• Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining service.
