Maintenance Role Overview

The Maintenance Person is a vital member of the restaurant team, responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant and its equipment.

As a Maintenance Team member, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our Arches shine brightly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the outside grounds, ensuring our restaurants look their best
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to the highest standards
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week, rotating stock properly
  • Take out and empty trash and recycling
  • Change light bulbs and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
