  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Wine Knowledge: Demonstrate a basic understanding of wine and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • POS System: Properly utilize and operate the POS system to enter orders and process transactions.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple tables simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Closing Procedures: Complete all closing side work and station breakdown before leaving the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Licenses and Certifications: ATC Responsible Vendor's License.
  • Skills: Basic math and computer/tablet skills, ability to work in a team environment, and maintain a professional manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
