- Conduct thorough inspections of building systems, including fire alarms, electrical, and plumbing, to identify and address any issues or defects.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, and take corrective action to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement energy management programs that reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
