About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Manager Assistant to join our team at Albany Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor professional caregivers in delivering patient care and facilitate patient access, communication, and transitions throughout the acute care stay.
  • Provide leadership for direct patient care provided by specialty nursing unit staff on the assigned primary shift of work.
  • Assure competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in various settings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
