Smoky Mountain Brewery is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their Knoxville location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Class Service: Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their every need is met and exceeded.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure great guest satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage Service: Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, and run food for other servers whenever possible.

Requirements:
- Team Player with a Sense of Humor: Possess a positive attitude and a sense of humor to ensure a fun and engaging work environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Math and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess good math skills and be able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
