Job Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to residents in a nursing home setting, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming.
- Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse and obtain vital signs, weights, and other necessary information.
- Meet resident needs in a timely manner and respond to call lights.
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the charge nurse.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification required and must be currently active.
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
