**Job Summary**: We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Salon Associate. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients, recommending products and services, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. **Responsibilities**:

• Provide top-notch customer service by meeting clients' needs and treating them professionally
• Make recommendations for products and services based on client needs and preferences
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements and meet or exceed performance standards
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the salon, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures

**Physical Requirements**: The ideal candidate must be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
