The Women’s Social Rehabilitation Unit Coordinator will play a vital role in our mission by providing administrative guidance and supervision to clinical and administrative staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate clinical needs and provide quality, evidence-based, behavioral/mental health services within a mental health residential social rehabilitative unit in a correctional setting for female offenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality services are delivered to residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate clinical needs and provide evidence-based services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of female offenders.
Requirements:
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
- Active professional license to practice independently in the state of Missouri (Licenses accepted: LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Supervisory experience in a correctional or mental health treatment facility preferred.
- Behavioral/mental health experience in a correctional and/or mental health residential treatment unit environment preferred.
- Must possess current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance.
