Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Runner/Busser. As a Food Runner/Busser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting our servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, resetting tables, and restocking supplies.
  • Support our servers and kitchen staff by taking orders, delivering food, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Be available to work weekends and some holidays, as well as fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
