**About the Role:**

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to fill the position of Lynbrook Residential Aide at Bridges of America. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate safety and emergency procedures as set by company standards.
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor in covering shifts and addressing unusual situations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Utilize the company time and attendance system for clocking in and out.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions as specified by policy.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

**Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience working in a similar environment, preferably within the criminal justice sector.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary Range:** The estimated salary for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
