About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in McCall, Idaho.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of patients and their families while exploring the beautiful state of Idaho. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings in their medical records.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, monitor patient responses, and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all patient interactions, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse, with a minimum of six months of recent experience in a similar setting.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
