Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology Physician

The Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology Physician to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular department, you will be responsible for examining and treating patients with a wide range of conditions, including advanced heart failure and transplant. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us provide the highest level of care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Examine, collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
Order, perform, and interpret tests and examine records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients condition.
Work as part of a clinical team of technicians, advanced practice professionals, and other physicians in conclusion making around tests, diagnoses and treatment options for patients with illnesses or diseases.
Monitor patient conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant.
Prior research experience preferred but not required.
Participation in local outreach and a team approach to practice is expected.
