Job Description
This position involves developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in brick and mortar selling strategies, online digital strategies, and web technologies. They should also be familiar with social media, SEM/SEO, digital content, and performance display.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
• Propose, develop, and execute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to market approach
• Maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent with our website;
• Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance;
• Oversee marketplace management, digital marketing operations, and digital platform operations;
• Maintain accurate catalog of various client products through product catalog uploading via vendor portals;
• Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content, and A/B testing;
• Forecasting of annual sales and management of inventory planning & replenishment;
• Identify and execute the marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, PPC ads, Display ads;
• Partner with Digital Advisor, Client Sales, Creative Development, and Support departments on launch successes including merchandizing, performance management, etc.;
• Performing market research; Monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace;
• Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights, and other various data including, but not limited to sales trend, conversion rates, and return trends.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a brand management role within retail; E-Commerce experience highly preferred; Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central Experience is ideal
• Proven skills developing brick and mortar selling strategies, online digital strategies, excellent understanding of web technologies, exposure and passion for social media, SEM/SEO, digital content and performance display
• Experience launching online products;
• Business and technical expertise including experience-driving operations in a retail and eCommerce business with emphasis on metrics.
