About the Role

Join a dynamic organization as we seek a highly motivated Water Operations Specialist to support our mission of preserving and developing the Trinity River resource.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain water treatment plant operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior operators to adjust plant flows and treatment conditions, utilizing SCADA systems for real-time monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, documenting daily activities and process data.

Working Conditions: This position requires exposure to various environmental conditions, including adverse weather, chemical hazards, and noise. Employees must be able to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes insurance programs, savings plans, paid time off, and holidays.
