Production Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our three-shift operation at the Webster facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our precision motion control components, power transmission, and web tension control products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional leadership and management of production operations to achieve COGS, productivity, efficiency, delivery, and continual improvement goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and inspire a level of enthusiasm and commitment in daily production management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality systems, change management, and continual improvement activities.
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturing operations and production procedures, innovative tools and machines, and the latest equipment for handling assigned manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
