LPN Job Opportunity in Home Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality home healthcare services to our clients in CICERO, IN.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Record accurate patient medical histories
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing
  • Administer medications, injections, and enemas as prescribed
  • Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current license to practice as an LPN in the state of Indiana. Previous experience in home care is preferred, as is good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
