Job Responsibilities

  • Material Demand Analysis
  • Procurement / Supplier Relations
  • Receiving Operations
  • External Processing Management
  • Production Scheduling on the Shop Floor
  • Order Management on the Shop Floor
  • Waste Management
  • Inventory and Warehouse Oversight
  • Material Handling across the facility
  • Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment in compliance with OSHA and applicable standards
  • Shipping Operations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Materials, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education/experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in high-volume Discrete ETO and BTO Manufacturing within the Medical or Automotive sectors, supporting ISO standards

9001:2008; ISO/TS 16949; ISO 13485; ISO 14001
  • Proficient user of a Tier One or Tier Two ERP System
  • Strong team-building, conflict resolution, and delegation abilities
  • Inspires and motivates team members to excel.
  • Capable of collaborating with various levels of the organization and other departments.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable continuous improvement results.
