We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Med. Surg / Tele Registered Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare staffing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical/tele environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including but not limited to, surgical patients, patients with cardiovascular disease, and patients with respiratory conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical-surgical/tele nursing.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical-surgical/tele nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
