Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Dishwasher to join our team at The Horse & Plow at The American Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

• Deep Cleaning of Kitchen Equipment: Ensure all kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next day's operations.
• Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, walls, and floors to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Trash and Recycling Management: Empty and dispose of trash and recycling, and maintain a clean garbage area.
• Exhaust System Maintenance: Clean the exhaust system to prevent grease buildup and ensure proper ventilation.
• Food Storage Area Maintenance: Maintain food storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators, in optimal condition.
• Floor Mat Cleaning: Wash floor mats to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Dishwasher, Steward, or Janitor.
• Restaurant Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Availability: Must be available to work the 3rd Shift (10:30pm - 6:00am), including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-18/Hr, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matching.
