We are currently seeking both Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) who are passionate about providing outstanding care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with the facility's medication policies.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of residents.
• Report any discrepancies in medication administration.
• Maintain and replenish medication inventories, and manage discontinued medications as instructed by the Director of Nursing.
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing care to residents as necessary.
• Accurately complete required documentation, including forms, charts, and reports, and submit them as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Current MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing.
• Experience as a TMA in a nursing home environment.
• Valid CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
