We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at McGuire Group. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive environment for our residents, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Key Responsibilities- **Cleaning and Sanitation**: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, offices, and common areas, including vacuuming, wiping, mopping, polishing, and removing trash and recyclables.
- **Room Preparation**: Prepare resident rooms for new arrivals, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking supplies.
- **Supply Management**: Maintain supply carts with adequate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff members, and residents to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
- **Safety and Security**: Identify and report potential hazards, and use facility equipment safely to prevent accidents.
- **Age**: Minimum 18 years of age.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Position-related experience preferred.
- **Skills**: Ability to read and understand work assignments, and provide written documentation as necessary.
- **Personal Qualities**: High degree of personal hygiene required, and a genuine concern and empathy for the elderly.
