Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mammography Technologist to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Diagnostic Imaging Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in women patients.

Job Summary:

The Mammography Technologist will work under direct supervision to perform screening exams or diagnostic exams, utilizing advanced imaging equipment and techniques. This is a travel assignment, and the successful candidate will be required to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammography exams using digital mammography equipment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of breast anatomy and pathology
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT certification in Mammography
  • 2+ years of experience in mammography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
