Bridge Project Engineer Job Description

Fisher Associates is seeking a highly skilled Bridge Project Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, construction, and maintenance of various structures, including bridges, buildings, dams, and other infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for bridges and related structures.
  • Provide technical expertise for specialized design tasks.
  • Perform and oversee the day-to-day technical design tasks associated with a project.
  • Attend routine project design meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain accurate and complete project files.
  • Coordinate regularly with the technical staff to complete the project within the assigned project budget and on schedule.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of transportation experience, structures/bridge design experience preferred.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain it.
  • Experience with MicroStation, STAAD, Bridge Design Software preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors.
