Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Synectics Inc. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure accurate and timely results.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
