Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $36,200 - $39,200, depending on experience. This position offers competitive pay, including hourly rates of $17.50 - $19.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

This role involves providing support in a fast-paced dental environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting dentists with patient care
  2. Certifying radiographs and other diagnostic images
  3. Maintaining accurate records and charts
  4. Ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a certificate from a Dental Assisting Program
  • Possess a valid health care provider CPR/BLS Certificate
  • Have relevant work experience or certifications (such as EFDA Cert or X-Ray Certification) that can increase starting pay

This role is based in Phoenix, AZ, at the Gentle Dental Ahwatukee office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
