Pharmaceutical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Specialist to join our team at Penn State Health. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the medication management of patients in various pharmacotherapy specialty areas.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide direct patient care through regular rounding and monitoring. Additionally, you will educate physicians and pharmacists on best practices and develop educational programs for pharmacists.

A Doctor of Pharmacy degree and ASHP accredited PGY1 and PGY2 specialty residency or equivalent experience are required. Licensure to practice pharmacy in Pennsylvania is also necessary.
