Job Summary

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, moving about the facility, and performing repetitive hand and arm movements. You will also be required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, with occasional assistance with heavier loads.

Work Environment:

You will work in a cold, hot, or humid environment, depending on the area of the facility. You will be exposed to strong odors and the sight of hog blood, and will work near machinery with moving parts and vibration.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20.60 or higher, depending on job station and shift assignment. We also offer standard employee benefits, single workweek pay, and the option for transitional housing. If you complete 50% of the work contract period, we will arrange or pay directly for transportation and subsistence.
