Salary Range: $102,900-$139,200
Factors such as job-specific skills, education, training, location, years of experience, and comparison to other employees may influence actual salary.

About the Job:
">As a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor, you will oversee daily operations, preparing survey deliverables from inception to completion. This includes coordinating field crews, supervising work product preparation, and verifying deliverables meet professional standards. You'll manage internal and external projects, interact with clients, and prioritize client and project management within budgetary and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and assist survey field crews.
  • Supervise and oversee the preparation of work product deliverables.
  • Verify deliverables are complete to professional standards.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external survey projects simultaneously.
  • Interact with clients regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A current Licensed Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor designation.
  • An Associate's degree or Bachelor's Degree in Survey Technology or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive survey experience in field and office environments.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing individuals and teams.
  • Knowledge of survey field measurement strategies.
  • Personal proficiency with and experience training others in Survey drafting/design software.
  • Familiarity with Land Surveying principles, ALTA Surveys, Platting, Easement preparation, and deliverables.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to instruct/coach survey staff and crew members on project approach and execution.
  • A valid Driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel over 30% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the US.
