Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician (Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist) to join our team at the Defense Health Agency. As a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with high-risk pregnancies, including those with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert care to patients with high-risk pregnancies, including those with complex medical conditions.
  2. Conduct thorough ultrasound examinations and obstetrical evaluations to diagnose and manage high-risk pregnancies.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with high-risk pregnancies.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with high-risk pregnancies.
  5. Participate in medical education and training programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from a recognized medical school and be licensed to practice medicine in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

You must also have at least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting, such as a 1-year internship or the first year of a residency program in an institution accredited for such training.

Additionally, you must have a permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
