Compensation and Work Schedule:
We value your contributions and offer competitive hourly wages tailored to each market.
Location: Irving, Texas
Compensation: $19.00 / HR
Shift: Variable shifts available

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patrols primarily via bicycle, with the ability to perform foot patrols as needed.
  • Oversee a large geographical area, requiring familiarity with local neighborhoods and a strong sense of direction.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies as directed by shift leads or dispatch.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to de-escalate situations with residents and clients while adhering to security protocols.
  • Receive comprehensive training on job responsibilities (1-2 weeks).
  • A valid Driver's License is preferred for cross-training opportunities, though it is not mandatory for this position.

Candidate Profile:
  • Must possess the physical capability to operate a bicycle in various weather conditions.
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail, akin to a law enforcement mindset, identifying safety and security issues.
  • Report any concerns to dispatch and shift leads to facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Exhibit proficiency in all forms of communication and the ability to produce detailed reports.
