We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to join our team in Pace, Florida. As a member of our educational community, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Must be a clinical fellow (SLP-CFY).
  • Experience working with school-aged children with various speech and language disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Ability to create a supportive and engaging therapy environment for students.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
