About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee and direct all manufacturing activities from routing to shipping, ensuring continuous improvement and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise plant tool crib operations to maintain optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate engineering activities for manufacturing parts, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Implement and sustain a continuous improvement environment through data-driven decision making and process optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Operations teams to drive business results and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and transportation services as needed, ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
