YOUR ROLE AS A RESTAURANT BUSSER - BARBACK

Your work schedule is as flexible as our menu options. Choose between full-time or part-time shifts during our operating hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 12-9 PM
  • Friday AM
  • Saturday AM
  • Sunday 11-9 PM

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restocking bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you clean and polish glassware and assist in preparing cocktail ingredients. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar will be a priority for you. You will work closely with bartenders to ensure that every drink is served perfectly. Your responsibilities will also include collecting and washing glasses, disposing of bottles and trash, and monitoring inventory levels. As an integral part of our opening and closing procedures, you will contribute significantly to our customers' satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic understanding of beverage preparation and service
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous experience as a barback or in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
