About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at ResCare Community Living.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care, manage patient plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care for clients, maintaining their dignity and independence.
  • Monitor client vital signs and report any abnormalities to case managers and physicians.
  • Administer medications, perform routine care, and maintain infection control policies.
  • Document nursing actions and communicate with family members, case managers, and physicians.
Requirements
  • Certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing from the state(s) of practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy, and compassion.
  • Familiarity with patient care policies and regulations.
