We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As an Endoscopy Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care pre, intra, and post-procedure
- Assist physicians in operative procedures
- Maintain and review patient records, including posting test results and examination findings
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Florida Registered Nurse licensure or compact licensure with active FL RN licensure within 60 days of hire
- Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer
- Prior Endoscopy nursing experience highly preferred; national specialty board certification required within 6 months of eligibility
