With 8 telemetry monitored beds, we can closely monitor patients with cardiac complications.

Scope of Work

The RN in this role will utilize the nursing process to provide professional care, incorporating patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients. The RN will work under the direction of the Nurse Leader, adhering to Corewell Health policies and procedures, and will recognize the impact of nursing care on patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Associates in Nursing is required.
  • Bachelors in Nursing is required within 5 years.
  • Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 90 days.
  • Specialty Certification is highly recommended within 2 years.
